Reviewers should be objective and state their conclusions unambiguously with arguments, so that the authors of the works can use them to further improve the manuscript.
If the selected reviewer considers himself insufficiently qualified for an objective assessment of a particular study or if he is unable to review the work in a timely manner, he is obliged to notify the editor as soon as possible and not take part in writing the review.
It is not allowed to act as a reviewer of a manuscript if there is a conflict of interest caused by competition, cooperation, or other relationships with the author, legal entity, or founder related to this material.
